Gibberds’s Gift: celebrate Harlow’s 70th Birthday on March 25th at Harlow Museum

The New Town of Harlow was formally designated on 25th March 1947 – 70 years ago.

Join former MP and distinguished local historian Stan Newens on 25th March from 2.30pm to 3.30pm at Harlow Museum for a talk about the significance of the development of Harlow.

This is a free event and the talk by Stan Newens coincides with the opening of our new exhibition “Gibberd’s Gift” – a celebration of the life and work of the town’s Master Architect
